snkh. (Armenian pronunciation [sənəkh]) founded by Ashot and Armine Snkhchyan in 2015, started as a husband-and-wife architectural practice and has grown into a dynamic studio of young professionals. We create spaces that matter, blending contemporary design with a deep understanding of the context. Our work is driven by collaboration, curiosity, and experimentation, ensuring that each project - regardless of scale - pushes boundaries and explores new possibilities.
During the past few years our work has got the attention of international professional media for multiple times. Our projects were published on many well known architecture and design related platforms such as ArchDaily, Architizer, Designboom, Archello, Metalocus, Dezeen and many others. We constantly participate in international competitions, winning one of which gave us an opportunity to design and build “Garage Screen” summer cinema for the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art in Moscow.
By working at the intersection of architecture, culture, and education, snkh. continues to shape a contemporary design language that is both progressive and deeply rooted in its context.
